We’re a small national non-profit organization that desperately needed to upgrade our website/social networking site. Previously, we used freelancers for our maintenance/upgrade needs. BCS made my long-running Dream Doctor website look better, but they converted our thousands of Google-friendly URLs to long, unintelligible gibberish that no search engine can recognize. How could they have allowed that to happen when they redesigned and upgraded my site to Joomla 3.0? The cost for them to correct the problem they created (at my expense, of course) was prohibitive. It didn't help that they had already consumed my budget and then some. BCS did far more harm to my website than good. (JoJo McKim's review below aligns with my experience.) The good news is that there are many other developers out there.
I was promised the world from Frank when i commissioned a website in the fall of 2017. After 3 months and $18,000 later i had half a working site which Frank and Rizwan tried to price gouge me on for an additional $6000 a month with zero promise of completion in thenforeseeable future. Extremely unprofessional, i warned Frank for weeks that I was confused about why there wasn’t more progress being made on the funtionality of the website early on and why he was spending all his time worrying about graphics and hiring graphic designers. Bottom Line- you can get the same service from Fiver for a fraction of the cost. Skip these shysters.
