We’re a small national non-profit organization that desperately needed to upgrade our website/social networking site. Previously, we used freelancers for our maintenance/upgrade needs. After working with several individuals, we decided that we wanted a company with a dedicated team to lead our upgrade effort. Our legacy architecture was comprised of a Joomla!® content management system with a KunenaTM forum.We needed a company which would be capable of building a new architecture based upon the latest version of Joomla!®. I am a now a very loyal BCS customer for about 1.5 years. The proof is in the sales numbers - my 2013 was flat and slow. We instituted a program with BCS in 2014 and our sales in 2014 ended 102% above 2013. We won an award at our corporate convention for highest % increase (2013 to 14).Now in 2015, I doubled our Google ad word budget. Yeah, you may think that is expensive, but our sales doubled in Jan & Feb 2015 from 2014 - that kind of sales increase more than paid for the ad budget increase. We just ended March 2015 - our increase over 2014 was 348%! BCS made my long-running Dream Doctor website look better, but they converted our thousands of Google-friendly URLs to long, unintelligible gibberish that no search engine can recognize. How could they have allowed that to happen when they redesigned and upgraded my site to Joomla 3.0? The cost for them to correct the problem they created (at my expense, of course) was prohibitive. It didn't help that they had already consumed my budget and then some. BCS did far more harm to my website than good. (JoJo McKim's review below aligns with my experience.) The good news is that there are many other developers out there.

I was promised the world from Frank when i commissioned a website in the fall of 2017. After 3 months and $18,000 later i had half a working site which Frank and Rizwan tried to price gouge me on for an additional $6000 a month with zero promise of completion in thenforeseeable future. Extremely unprofessional, i warned Frank for weeks that I was confused about why there wasn’t more progress being made on the funtionality of the website early on and why he was spending all his time worrying about graphics and hiring graphic designers. Bottom Line- you can get the same service from Fiver for a fraction of the cost. Skip these shysters.
